2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to revise pricing, discontinue formulations, or update product images without prior notice. In the event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders and issue a full refund.

3. Fragrance Inspirations & Disclaimers

Fragrances described as inspired by or sharing olfactive notes with luxury designer creations are independent interpretations crafted by Zumar Perfumes. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party designer brands. All registered trademarks and brand names referenced for olfactory comparison belong strictly to their respective owners.

4. Proper Usage & Skin Patch Testing

Perfumes and fragrance oils contain natural and synthetic aromachemicals. Customers are advised to conduct a small skin patch test prior to full application. Zumar Perfumes is not liable for individual skin allergies or sensitivities. Products are for external cosmetic application only.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
